NB. All prices are for the villa per day in Euros

· 40% deposit of the total rental price is payable at the time of booking.

· Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

· The local tax of € 1.10 is payable per person per day (children under 12 are exempt).

· Arrivals on Saturdays after 4 pm and Departures on Saturdays by 10 am.

· Villa sleeps comfortably 6 adults but no more than 8 people including children.

· Please note: Guests are responsible for all damages incurred during their tenancy.
